Svetlana Burashnikova

Group Fitness Trainer

Sport has always been part of my life. Since childhood I have loved sport activities, spending a lot of time running and playing all kinds of games involving movement and skill. Over time I have been in touch with different sports such as: martial arts, gymnastics and dance. Even then, sport taught me to be ambitious, competitive, to find that inner balance.

I am an energetic, positive, motivated person who has self-confidence. A person who is not afraid of changes, to whom I adapt quite easily. I am a person with a well-developed team spirit.

I like people in general and love to see joy in their eyes when they see the results.

I like outdoor activity (mountain walking, cycling, tennis, skiing, skating, etc.).

I love reading, cinema, going out with friends. I consider myself a communicative person.

Through my job, I want to convey to people the state of well-being, motivation and pleasure of exercising / sports! I strongly believe that anyone can achieve their goal with care and patience and I like to motivate the people I work with and encourage them not to give up on their dream!

“And YES! I firmly believe that MOVEMENT can change your life!” – says our colleague who managed to achieve this.

Motto: POSITIVE thoughts in the HEALTHY body! It’s where you’ll live your whole life. Let your smile change the world… Smile, be active and live.
